There are so many women and LGBTQ+ individuals silently struggling right now—not because they don’t want healing… but because they cannot afford access to it.
People are burnt out. Emotionally exhausted. Dysregulated. Carrying trauma, anxiety, survival mode, addiction recovery, depression, grief, and years of feeling like they always have to “hold it together.”
And when they finally become ready for support… they often discover healing spaces, coaching, wellness experiences, nervous system support, and community care are financially out of reach.
That is the problem The Good Girl Unlearning Foundation exists to solve.
This foundation is being created to provide free and low-cost healing spaces where people can safely grow, heal, regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported without shame or financial barriers.
Through community donations and fundraising support, we will provide:
Free healing circles
Low-cost classes and workshops
Community wellness events
Support for women in recovery and transition
Accessible nervous system healing tools
Free books, resources, and coaching support
Because healing should not be a luxury.
I know firsthand what one safe space can do for someone who is ready to change their life.
And now, I want to help create that opportunity for others.
This fundraiser is helping us build the foundation, expand our reach, and create spaces where people are finally allowed to rest, heal, and return home to themselves.
If this mission speaks to your heart, I invite you to donate, share, or support the movement.
Together, we can make healing more accessible for the people who need it most.
This mission is also deeply personal for me.
On December 13, 2023, I lost my little sister to addiction.
And one of the hardest truths I carry is knowing she was ready.
Ready for something different. Ready for healing. Ready for support.
But like so many people struggling silently, access was limited. The wellness services, healing spaces, and deeper support she needed were not always financially within reach.
That loss changed me.
It strengthened my commitment to creating spaces where women and LGBTQ+ individuals can receive support before it’s too late… where healing is not only available to those who can afford it.
The Good Girl Unlearning Foundation is being built in honor of people like my sister—people who deserved more support, more safe spaces, and more opportunities to heal.
Many blessings and love,
Tamele 'The Holistic Weaver' Lyons-Price
