My name is Jessica Follin. I am asking for help raising funds for my family due to the sudden and unexpected passing of my father, Keith Follin, on September 13th, 2025, due to a suspected heart attack. My dad was the main support and the rock who always knew what to do. Now none of us are sure what to do without him. When we lost my dad, not only did we lose a wonderful man, but we also lost a father, husband, grandfather, soldier, and friend. My family might lose almost everything they have due to the loss of income, with the added expense of funeral costs on top of it. Instead of having the time to grieve, my mom has to worry about how she will be able to keep the house and support my little brother and herself. She is already 60 years old and not in the best of health, and my little brother is only 16.

A little about my dad and who he was. He was a hero to my little brother and I. He proudly and honorably served his country for 20 years in the United States Army. He carried the values he learned from the military. He lived his life with honor, integrity, respect, and duty. He was a man who believed in helping and mentoring others in whatever way he could. He served as the volunteer fire chief and EMT for our community in Missouri before moving to Arizona to provide a better life for us and to take care of his late mother. Everything my dad did in life was to help his family and to make sure that we were taken care of. He always knew what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. If one of us needed advice, we always knew who to turn to. He always knew how to make someone smile and laugh, even in a bad mood. He would always have a dad joke to tell that would make you roll your eyes. He was a loving husband who always treated my mom well and did everything he could to help and support her throughout their 26 years of marriage.
