The fight for our sister’s safety - help Heidi & Hopie Feek

Sometimes when you shine a light in the darkness, you see something you wish you hadn’t seen. And when that happens you have a choice. You can walk quietly by, or you can call all your friends and have them bring their flashlights.

Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised enough in our gofundme to fight our case in Tennessee, but this second case in Alabama is outside of our means. It’s tough to even estimate the costs, but it could well exceed 6 figures, so we are considering all available options.

At the core we believe this lawsuit is an attempt to scare us into submission. But we’re hopeful that it will open the door for others to share their stories - which I think will ultimately help protect my little sister - and we intend to shine a light on this organization and show them how powerful love is.

I am encouraged to see that more current and former members are speaking up every day. Your stories are our stories. My sister’s story is still being written though, and together, we can ensure it’s a story of love, courage, and justice.
