It is time, to start taking direct action!
There are hundreds of homeless veterans on the streets of our great country. Handshakes and “thank you”, while appreciated do not make a difference in their daily struggles. These people have made sacrifices in the name of our country, it is time that we begin to repay them for all that they have done. No donation is too small or insignificant, every little bit counts. We hope that you will donate and help keep our fellow humans warm during the harsh winter.
With that in mind the goal of this GoFundMe is to raise money to be able to purchase some basic necessities, provide help for mental health issues, and even employment for this vulnerable population.
Immediately, some of the necessities that we intend on purchasing are blankets, jackets, socks, and the like to help them stay warm during these cold times.
It is our hope to have funds raised by Thanksgiving so that we can purchase the items and personally distribute them to the homeless veterans.
This is the first of many missions The Fatigue Project will be completing with the funds raised through this campaign.
