The family of Josh Massarini

On February 4th, 2024, Joshua Massarini tragically passed away while playing hockey for his Men’s league team. Josh was a 31-year-old veteran with a love for hockey, all forms of exercise, and above all else, his family. Josh was the loving husband and father to a wife and two kids. Because Josh was a member of the national guard and his death was not service connected, his family will not receive financial assistance.

On behalf of the Sturgeons hockey club, the CNY adult hockey league, and the whole CNY hockey community we would like to help raise money for the Massarini family in order to assist them in this difficult time.”
