Hi, my name is Bobby, and I’m a 21-year-old disability-focused personal trainer.

I started my business a year and a half ago, and it all began with a simple video of me training my brother Shay, who has disabilities. That video changed my life. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of individuals with disabilities—people who may feel anxious, shy, or struggle with low self-esteem.

What I’ve learned is that fitness isn’t just about movement. It’s about confidence, belonging, and feeling accepted exactly as you are.

My dream is to take this so much further. I want to create my own fully accessible facility—a safe, welcoming place where everyone can come, feel comfortable, and truly belong. A space designed with inclusion at its core.
