The Cut That Counts Foundation is a nonprofit that was created to help out wounded and disabled veterans, extended stay hospital patients, homeless and under privileged with grooming needs from professional barbers and stylist. We are currently putting together a work force project to help homeless to get back into the work force. All starting with a haircut.
