Hello my name is Erin Parris i am a 16 year old student who is going to the Philippines for 10 days in June along with other students at St Oscar Romero. Within this project we will be working with the charity ANCOP supporting the poorest people living in the Philippines.

ANCOP is a catholic group which stands for answering the cry of the poor and it is a nonprofit humanitarian organisation. It was founded by the catholic family renewal community couples for christ to consolidate efforts in “building the church for the poor” through various charitable programs. Their main aim is to work together to transform the lives of children, families and communities by providing material and spiritual building programs, anchored on values formation.

For the 10 days i am there i will visiting orphanages and building homes to help and to be able to do this i am aiming to raise £1500 but i also have other fundraising ideas planned such as cake sales.
