Hi, my name is Joyce Kashou a long-time friend of the Cotto family.

It is with a heavy heart to even be creating this and breaking the news for those who haven’t heard yet.

On the evening of July 21st, heaven gained another angel. Suddenly and completely unexpected - But while gaining that angel, a wife and kids were left alone and without their daddy.

Alvin Cotto, 52 - He was a loving father; he was a husband; he was a brother; he was a best friend, and most of all he was one of kind. He is survived by his loving wife Victoria and his four children Josilyn (21 yrs), Kayla (14 yrs), Trentin (9 yrs), and Mila (7 months).

While Alvin was the family's sole provider and with his sudden death this also brings along a lot of financial burdens. While Victoria now tries to pick up the pieces, grieve, and take care of the children. We are asking for everyone’s help to just make that all easier with the help of sending whatever you can to ensure providing and paying their bills does not need to be an added stress for her.

All funds will be transferred to Victoria directly. Funds will be used for general expenses for the family to get back on their feet and to help with setting up memorial services.
