Our family is heartbroken to share that my sister, Susan Conneen, recently lost her husband Steve - an incredible father, brother, and friend. He passed away after a long and courageously hard fought battle with cancer, leaving behind my sister and their four beautiful children who adored him.

Their loss has not only been emotionally devastating, but it has also brought extreme financial hardship. Unfortunately, Steve did not have life insurance in place, and my sister is now navigating the unimaginable: raising four children as a single mother while managing all of the responsibilities that come with this new reality.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help support her and her family financially and allow her to focus on healing and caring for her children. Steve was the sole financial provider for the family: these funds will be used to support Susan and her family while she is currently in school, finishing her degree to start a career as a healthcare professional. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference during this incredibly difficult time.
