Why this matters
When I moved abroad, I didn’t lose my education.
I didn’t lose my skills.
But I lost something far more invisible — my confidence.
I over-apologized.
I stayed silent in meetings.
I avoided speaking English unless absolutely necessary.
Years later, as a certified coach and psychologist-in-training, I realized:
I wasn’t alone.
Women from Syria, Brazil, Poland, Nigeria, and beyond shared the same feeling:
“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.”
That’s why I’m launching The Confidence Project – a free 3-month initiative to help migrant women reclaim their self-belief, their emotional resilience, and their voice.
What we’ll do
The Confidence Project is more than a workshop.
It’s a movement. A safe space. A hand reaching out.
We’ll offer:
✨ Free online coaching sessions
✨ Emotional education and journaling tools
✨ Community support through group circles
✨ Public speaking opportunities to help women say: I have something to say – and I’m ready to say it.
Launching: 1st September 2025
Online & global
In English – with heart, patience and cultural understanding
15–20 places, entirely free for participants
Why I need your help
I believe in this work with all my heart – so much that I’m funding the pilot from my own pocket.
But to make it sustainable and impactful, I need support.
Your donation will go toward:
Expense Cost
Zoom Pro for workshops £50
Canva Pro for materials £36
Workbook design & printing £100
Promotion (social media ads) £100
Coaching time & admin support £250
Total goal: £500
Every pound is a seed
If you can give – thank you.
If you can share – thank you.
If you can believe in this – thank you.
Together, we can help women stop shrinking.
Start speaking.
And grow.
With love & gratitude,
