I am planning to run the New York City Brooklyn Half Marathon this October, and am raising money to benefit The Childhood Cancer Project LLC, a non profit that supports childhood cancer research.
The Childhood Cancer Project was founded by the parents, family members, and friends of Joshua Segal, who began his battle with osteosarcoma, a rare type of childhood cancer, in 2015. I feel very fortunate to know Joshua, who, along with his family, are very dear to me, and have been amazed and humbled watching them in their fight against cancer.
