Sadly, my sister, Dawn Angelica Brooks-Boatwright, passed away on January 24, 2023, from a massive stroke. She leaves behind four children - Taylor (17), Caitlyn (16), Charlotte (12), and Caleb (11). Aside from being an awesome daughter, sister, and friend, Dawn was also an awesome mother. Her kids meant everything to her and she meant everything to them. As you can imagine, this loss is devastating for everyone as it was unexpected; especially for my mom and the children.

There is a saying that it takes a village to raise a child and it is in this spirit that the family would like to establish a fund in support of Dawn's kids. If you have it in your heart, any donation would be a blessing. Please share on your page so that we can reach as many people as possible.
