The Block Vocational Training

The Block Vocational Training is for young people at risk of exclusion and exploitation.  We believe one size education does not fit all and some young people need a more creative approach to education in order to reach their full potential. Using vocational training in Music , Hospitality Skills and PT our learners can achieve functional skills qualifications along with employability and life skills. Using our recording studio, kitchen, event space learners are encouraged to use their creativity to express themselves.  We provide one to one matched and intensive mentoring to support our learners with any issues that may be affecting their life chances .  Our premises The Block Community Hub are run by a community interest company Creative Minds CIC who hire our space and resources to other creatives in the community all profits support our work with young people in the community.
