The Big Irv's Bailout

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the closing of our beloved collective space, Big Irv's. We gave it our best shot, but the cumulative costs of COVID related issues have finally proven to be too much for us to manage. After 18 months of severely restricted revenue our finances are depleted. But you can still help! Big Irv's has always been a refuge for artists, musicians, comedians, storytellers and weirdos of all stripes, and we've enjoyed bringing a ton of incredible events to Williamsburg, oftentimes for free. Now the few of us who remain are asking for your support in helping us limp to the finish line. All the proceeds raised will help us pay our rent and other expenses for the last few months that remain on our lease. Thank you to everyone who helped make this place so special. It been a tough year for everyone, but we're looking forward to the next big project and hope to see you there.
