The Big Dance Company Community Fund
Please help me make a BIG difference in our community - We need your help to deliver outreach to many people that need it now more than ever after lockdown.
After this world changing pandemic I feel that The Big Dance Company has a duty to our dancers and the community to do what we can to help, as what we do in these next few years is crucial to the future of what will become our new normal.
We will spend the next year changing our focus and investing our talent, time, money, love and energy into giving back to our community and local charities by educating and training our dance performance companies into AMBASSADORS helping the community by using our gift of dance, we want to not only support and raise awareness for local charities and help our local community, but to give our customers time and the tools to heal.
By investing in our community and its young people, we can also shift our moral principles to help develop new skills for our dancers:
On the 27th July - 1st August we are going to be training and educating our specially chosen 4 teams of Ambassadors from age 8 to adults in their chosen subject ready to start working and helping the community from August 2020.
We are going to be raising awareness in:
Team 1 Fight against child abuse
Team 2 Equality and Diversity in Cornwall
Team 3 Domestic Violence and healthy relationships education for young people
Team 4 Mental Health Awareness - Ambassador Lukas McFarlane

We are raising money for this project that will include venue hire for training, equipment, educators, travel expenses, costuming, promotional and educational literature , travel expenses to get to charity events. If you can not help financially please help by sharing this with anyone you think that may be able to? Every penny counts and we would be so grateful to have a team behind us helping us dance to make a difference. Imagine every one we knew donated £5 <3
