The Bear Show

Hello, I'm Jess.

For the last year I have been creating a bear show. Firstly, to take to refugee camps and then on to children's hospitals. 

My objective is to give kids in need a feeling of empowerment, with smiles, and laughs and fun all thrown in. 

You can imagine that kids in refugee camps are feeling extremely sad and low-spirited. And many kids in hospitals are feeling dismal indeed. This bear show is designed to help turn these feeling around. 

The show is interactive in which the bear needs the kids' help through songs, dance, fun and their imaginations. I want kids to feel they are vital to the bear's story, with the hope that this feeling could carry into their real life. 

The funds from your donation will go directly towards the costs of
- costume
- supplies/props
- rehearsal space
- accommodation 
and most importantly flights to get to the camps and the hospitals
