I’ll be taking on the Weymouth IRONMAN 70.3 on September 17th to raise money for two wonderful local charities - The Brave and Determined Charity and The Salisbury Hospital Stars Appeal.

the Brave and Determined Charity do amazing work funding early intervention life-saving counselling for anyone who needs it, whilst raising awareness of mental health and helping to reduce the burden on the NHS.

The Salisbury Hospital Stars Appeal provide daily support for hundreds of staff, patients, and their families from the funding of family accommodation and Wi-Fi through to new CT and MRI scanners and other specialist state-of-the-art equipment.

All money raised will be split evenly between the two charities and any donation is hugely appreciated. Thank you!
