Help The Baby Bank HQ purchase a new van

Our names are Kelly and Clare, and we are the joint founders/Directors of The Baby Bank HQ.

We are a not-for-profit CIC (Community Interest Company) that supports struggling families across the London Boroughs by providing them with essential items for their children such as cots, buggies, clothing etc.

In order to do this, we rely on our amazing team and volunteers, as well as the use of our van that is used daily for collections, deliveries and moving around stock.

Unfortunately, due to the expand in ULEZ the van we use on a daily basis will no longer be viable to use from August 2023

This is a huge hit to us, as well as many that rely on the vehicle for the day to day running of their businesses. This will hugely impact the services we offer to our already struggling families.

As we operate as a non-profit organisation this means all money, we receive via funding etc is specifically used for a purpose to support our cause, and we ourself have never even taken a wage for the work we do.

We are currently looking at funding opportunities to raise vital funds to purchase a reasonably priced second-hand van that meets ULEZ requirements to enable us to continue the work we do; at the same level of service our families expect from us.

Despite all the work we do, we have never used a platform like this to help us raise much needed funds before, so this is a new concept to us and one we hoped we would never have to use.
