The Ali Qasim Nizami Foundation

Ali Qasim Nizami, a student of Lammas School and Sports College was a wonderful young man, who died suddenly and tragically in June 2020 from Sudden Death Syndrome. He was a keen athlete, actor and student and loved helping others. He worked through adversity and his positive attitude towards life was contagious, and he often said that he wanted to leave a legacy. This charity has been set up in Ali’s memory in order to promote positive mental health and wellbeing and ensure that this is accessible to all. This will be in the form of sports projects, counselling, mental health and wellbeing workshops, projects and activities.
