Emily Albano just turned 27 years old last week and has qualified in the AWPC World Championships in August 2024. She has been working hard and training for years to accomplish what she has to date and is so deserving of her spot to compete in Ireland. 

Her Dad, Bruno, was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in September and has undergone an extensive treatment plan. He currently is in treatment doing chemotherapy and immunotherapy which is both aggressive and costly. So the money we are raising is for the family to attend the competition in Ireland as their savings have become consumed with treatment costs. 

To know Bruno is to know generosity, unconditional love and humour. Along with his wife Kim, they are the most caring and accepting individuals. 

Emily is excited for her upcoming competition but has one dream. It’s to have her Dad to be able to be with her in Ireland and watch her compete at this high level. We want to help Emily make this dream come true. 

Emily’s wish is to have her dad attend and her Dad’s wish is to not leave the family with burdening debt.
