The Abbey 345 legend that is Kathy is retiring

Hi everyone,

This is a message from the staff and committee of Abbey 345 Preschool.

Our beloved manager, pioneer of inclusion and diversity and early years education, Kathy Crouch, has decided it is time to retire.

After 28 years in a role that has defined her as one of the most dedicated spokeswomen for children, and someone who will not rest until she has achieved the best result for any child in her care, Kathy will be putting away her last puzzle and writing her last post it note on July 23rd 2025.

We feel that there are probably very few families in Crowland who have not been touched by Kathy's magic at some point on life's journey, and so we think a community tribute is in order for such a special lady.

We are raising money to have a bench placed in Crowland, in her honour.

We would also like to buy Kathy something more personal too, in celebration of her retirement.

Please help us mark this amazing milestone by donating whatever you can to this wonderful cause.
