Do you want to join me in making a difference in the lives of young people across the country?
Well, a few of our team members are taking on 'THE ABANDONED CHALLENGE'… Well what is it?
The Abandoned Challenge is a charity endeavour in which a person or persons are left in a remote location and expected to make their own way back to an agreed place with limited resources. The limited resources often include the restriction of things like money, provisions, communication devices and travel by vehicle.
In the case of the Blaze City Project, we will be dropping four young adults at a location which will be determined by the total amount of funds raised. The more money raised, the more miles they will have to travel back. The initial location will be decided by the organisers and will not be disclosed to the abandonees. Each day the abandonees will be given the name of a campsite that they must make their way to before dark, until the final day when they will make their way to The NSC Arena in Loughborough.
So… the more money we raise the further we go… And we will be creating a documentary for the whole challenge which will be released on all of our socials just 2 days later… THIS IS THE JOURNEY THAT COULD NEVER END!
We are raising money in aid of THE BLAZE CITY PROJECT (PACE UK) and every penny will go towards youth engagement and development, whether that be in schools, at youth groups, through residential trips, special out reach programmes, online resources amongst other things. BUT… our primary goal here at The Blaze City Project is to bring a change to this generation.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
