As you know - many schools closed unexpectedly this week. The families that struggled with food insecurity for 12 days of Christmas Break are now surprised to be facing that problem again.
The 12 Days of Pizza project is returning to help them out!
Each time we hit a $75 milestone, a 12 Days Package with 12 coupons (redeemable for a large pizza with anything on it, or a chicken dinner) and a copy of the new children's book, Porter the Hoarder and Pappy's Perfect Pizza Party, will be sent families in the community.
Just like with the Christmas project, kiddos will have no idea it's coming until it arrives!

The 12 Days of Pizza project came together to provide consistent meals to families over the Christmas break. In year 1, the project provided 144 meals to families in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Just 3 years later, the project grew to provide over 12,000 meals across the nation. And it continues to grow each year.
