Help Us Lay Adam to Rest After a Tragic Loss

My name is Michelle, and I’m writing this with a broken heart. On July 23rd, my son Adam was tragically and senselessly taken from us. At just 39 years old, his life was cut short in a way no mother should ever have to experience — through a violent act that no one should ever have to endure.

This was sudden. Shocking. And completely devastating. No one expects to lose their child — especially not like this. We are still trying to process the reality that he’s gone, let alone begin to cover the costs of laying him to rest.

Adam was a U.S. veteran who served his country with pride. He was also funny, kind-hearted, and had so much love to give — even through the challenges he faced. He made people laugh, he cared deeply, and he didn’t deserve what happened to him. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a person who mattered deeply to his family and to this world.
