That boys a running fool: Fighting Prostate Cancer
Hello everyone,
I'm lacing up my running shoes for a cause close to my heart: supporting Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, (formally Prostate Cancer Foundation BC). My dad battled prostate cancer and emerged victorious, and has inspired me to make a difference. That's why I'm taking on the challenge of running over 570 kms, pushing my limits to raise funds for research, awareness, and support for those fighting this disease.
Im taking on two challenges, first running 7 half marathons in 7 days, then starting with the Fredericton Marathon attempting to run a full marathon every week for 10 weeks.
Every step I take is fueled by the determination to honor my dad's resilience and to stand in solidarity with all prostate cancer survivors. But I can't do it alone. I need your help to make an impact. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will directly support critical initiatives that improve the lives of those affected by prostate cancer. Together, let's stride towards a future where prostate cancer is no longer a threat.
Prostate Cancer Support New Brunswick provides local one-on-one prostate cancer support, and through their affiliation with Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, provide access to prostate cancer information, resources, support groups, webinars, and more. Your support means the world to me and countless others. Thank you for standing with me in the fight against prostate cancer.
