Hi everyone, and thank you for taking a moment to read my story.

My name is Nicole and since June 2025, I’ve been volunteering at the Humane Society in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, where I’ve had the privilege of caring for the most loving and resilient animals. Every visit reminds me how much kindness and compassion can change their lives and how much a simple act of generosity can mean.

This Thanksgiving, I want to give them something special: a warm, joyful holiday meal and a day filled with comfort. Many of these animals have been abandoned, rescued and returned, or are waiting for their forever home. They deserve a moment of celebration, love, and gratitude too.

I’m raising funds to prepare a beautiful Thanksgiving lunch for all the animals in the shelter, along with needed supplies to make the day safe and happy. Every dollar truly makes a difference—whether it helps provide nutritious food, treats, or the little details that make the day feel special.
