Hi everyone! My name is Alicia and I’m a medical student, personal trainer, and small business owner of a meal prep company. If you know me, you know that food is my love language and that sharing that with others is extremely important to me.

Recently, many families have lost their SNAP benefits, leaving them struggling to afford groceries and essentials, especially during the holidays. Seeing this inspired me to take action and use my passion for cooking to help. This Thanksgiving, I want to prepare and provide full meals for families who may not have the means to enjoy a warm dinner with their loved ones.

Food is so much more than nourishment. It’s connection, comfort, and love shared around the table. My goal is to make sure more families get to experience that feeling this holiday season, regardless of their financial situation.

All donations will go directly toward groceries, supplies, and packaging to prepare and deliver full Thanksgiving meals. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference and helps bring warmth and hope to a family this holiday season. Any money left over will be donated directly to food shelters around South Florida.

Thank you for helping me spread love through food this Thanksgiving.
