Hello,

We would like to share a new journey we’ve embarked on and ask others to be a part of it through prayer and donations. Our family has expanded as we welcome 2 amazing teenage girls into our home. Bruce and I recently received a call from Child Protective Services asking if we would be willing to foster two girls who were being removed from their home. We of course said yes, and went to pick them up that day. We’ve known them for quite some time and considered them family even before coming to live with us and even more so now. When we found out they were living in a home that was no longer safe, we didn’t hesitate for a moment to help them. Later, we were able to return to the home to rescue and reunite them with their 3 kitties who were left behind. We’ve been blessed to be able to provide them with a safe, stable and loving home. As you can imagine, our house is now a bit crowded and we are in need of more space. We would like to ask for help finishing our basement and give these wonderful girls their own bedrooms and bathroom. We would be grateful to anyone who would like to contribute to this project. Prayers are always needed and requested as we enter into this new, wonderful chapter in our lives.
