Hi, my name is Chris Haynie and I have been blessed to have had Terrance as a friend for the past 22 years. I first met Terrance when I was only 14 years old. He had just began working for my father and I was working for him as well that summer. Terrance and I were assigned the best task we can offer at R.J. Haynie, which is cutting loops. We spent all summer cutting loops on Roswell Road. It was awful. Truly awful. Still, I always looked forward to working with Terrance. He always had a way to brighten your day, make you laugh and somehow still have fun while doing the nastiest part of the job. I realize most may not know what loops are for a traffic signal but I'll sum it up like this. It requires an enormous floor saw and black sealant that will not come off anything all while being smack dab in the middle of the road. People love you. Still, it was always a joy working with Terrance. He had the most infectious laugh I have ever been around. Terrance was not only an amazing friend but also an amazing father and husband. He loved them so much and always did what he could for them. Unfortunately, his wife passed away a few month's ago and he now leaves his kids behind without their mother and father. After 22 years of an amazing friendship, I can't help but feel obligated to do everything within my power to make sure his kids are taken care of. I owe that to him. Please, donate whatever you can as any amount goes a long ways.
RIP Terrance. Until we meet again
