My name is Terence Downey. I am a 16 year old sophomore at Scotch Plains - Fanwood High School and an Eagle Scout candidate in Boy Scout Troop 104, both located in New Jersey.
The Arc Kohler School in Mountainside, New Jersey, is a private school for students with developmental delays and disabilities that serves children from ages 3 to 21. My triplet sister and brother, who are both on the Autism Spectrum, have attended a summer program at the Kohler School over the last few years.
For my Eagle Scout Service Project, I will design, construct and install three outdoor raised garden beds in the playground that are wheelchair accessible, provide adaptive garden tools to be used by students and assemble a wooden shed to house tools and materials for planting.
I need your help in raising funds to purchase the materials. Any donations will be greatly appreciated!! All excess funds will be donated to the Arc Kohler School.
