Latrell Lee #TrellTithe

This week, I was blessed by Latrell Lee, a stranger I had never met. I was in Advanced Auto parts buying headlights for my car when he insisted that he buy my headlights, as he has not been able to go to church, due to Covid-19, to be able to tithe. He wanted to buy my headlights as a way to tithe and spread the Christian love within our local community. I posted a picture on social media to try and find out who this young man was. Come to find out, Latrell has been going through a rough patch. He was laid off from work due to Covid-19 cutbacks and has been struggling financially. He received money recently from where he bought a car that was deemed a "lemon," and he used those funds to buy my headlights.

Latrell is 25 years old, in school full time to become an electrician, and recently had to sell his laptop to help pay his monthly bills. He is working odd end part time jobs to try and stay afloat and pay his tuition to finish school. His act of kindness brought me to my knees when I learned of his recent struggle. I am raising funds to replace his laptop so he can continue to do his college classes as well as help him during this difficult economic time. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
