On January 3rd, 2019, Lisa received the call that she has breast cancer. A call, that at 31 years of age and the mother of two young boys (3 and 1), completely changed her life. This diagnosis seems so unfair to the many that know and love Lisa. However, in true Lisa fashion, she decided to use her experience to create awareness around breast cancer. Her selflessness prevails, even through the hardest of times. Even when it is so easy to ask the question, “why me?”. Lisa’s positivity is infectious, her hope unfaltering. She is such an inspiration to all around her.

WELCOME TO OUR HOUSEHOLD
We serve continental breakfast, which is, apparently, from 8-11, followed immediately by a snack, then lunch, another snack, proclamations of starvation, and rejected dinner “hour” between 5 and 7. Please enjoy your stay.
As previously mentioned, Lisa is a mama to two young, however, GROWING boys. Grocery trips are large and costly. Since her diagnosis, Lisa has not been able to continue her tutoring; and with a continuous output of meals and snacks, pantries and refrigerators must be stocked! We would love to help Lisa and the Orr family by providing a gift card to their local Market Basket. If you are able to contribute any amount, and support this deserving family, it would be greatly appreciated. We hope to give Lisa the gift card by March 18th.
Lisa’s treatments have begun, but she remains strong. Please keep her in your thoughts as she continues the year of the fight!
