As a local gym and clients with families we are passionate about making sure our children are kept safe, have a safe environment to be children.

Laura aka Coach TT lost her brother when he was 19 to knife crime, this is not only close to her heart but the the entire gym community.

Steven Morris and Coach TT will therefore be trekking to base camp of Mount Everest and would like to raise funds in the process.
