TEAGAN- Establishing paternity and Fathers Rights

I am not a “rich” man, except in the love that I have for my daughter. Since separating with her mother at the end of last year I have put all of my savings plus contributions from family into tracking down Joannas legal husband who was deported to Mexico many years ago. By Iowa Law he is the legal father of all of her children and I was unable to be put on the Birth Certificate as Teagans father. As it stands the dissolution of her marriage and establishing paternity for matters of custody is to fall completely on myself. With difficulty in reaching her husband I have been instructed by Fathers Rights in Iowa to obtain different council more suited for our case. At this time I cannot afford another retainer. I just want to be a father, to have my daughter in my life. If you are a parent, I am sure you understand. I am now humbled...and holding out my hand. Please help me finish what I have started. Holding on to hope that there is a brighter future for us yet...
