Hi My name is Fizza-Founder of imentor360 mentoring-coaching platform. My story I've been in IT contracting for 15 years as a Senior , many specialisms and this year it has been a struggle due to recruitment freezes and even getting a role in UK, so I went on my journey to design-create my dream mentoring platform what everyone needs.

I reached out to UK hubs , and local councils for funding where again ' no funding', so started seeking 'investors', 'still in progress', so for the past 6 months it's been a survival real roller-coaster, I hid away and built the platform by myself, but now on-going with raising funding to continue as I've ploughed in my own funds to survive. I would be grateful for donations from community to continue as need support to continue this dream.

My dream-I would like to support 'All' on their IT journey , create a 'Mentoring Movement' where all 'Senior in IT' coach-mentor all for FREE . I have all the expertise and knowledge but now need some support from the community..If I could raise funds I can continue to keep the platform running and also provide my knowledge for FREE forever, and create the 'Mentoring Movement' to many in the form of mentoring 121 coaching, boot-camps, developments, courses on-line and also support many youngsters to up skill. I have many courses pre-developed that I would love to share.

Also can publish on my web platform the donations and FREE events monthly and who I/We 've managed to upskill ie apprentice's, young learner's, job changer's and senior's, any age who want to learn in all key areas of the IT ..
