MINNEZONA came to life in 2017, thanks to the creative minds of Stephen and Jenapher Blair. The idea was born right in the kitchen of their humble abode in rural Hutchinson, Minnesota.

For 21 years, Jennifer called Arizona her home where she grew up. It was during this time that she crossed paths with Steve, a young man from the Midwest seeking a fresh start and new experiences in the mesmerizing deserts of Arizona. To his surprise, he would soon discover that their journey would lead them both back to the Midwest, reconnecting them with their roots.

Their unwavering love for delicious food, dedicated family time, and a deep appreciation for the wonders of nature ignited their drive to spend countless hours creating culinary delights in the kitchen and embarking on thrilling outdoor adventures with their three beloved children. Driven by their unwavering passion, they channeled their dedication and creative energy into establishing an online store. They then ventured into operating a ghost kitchen, offering take-out and delivery services a few days a week exclusively to their local community. Their biggest aspiration is to elevate their business by transforming it into a food truck, enabling them to wholeheartedly serve the community on a full-time basis. They envision an opportunity to share their passion for delicious cuisine and make a positive impact on the lives of those around them.
