Art of Living Teacher Training

Hi everyone! My name is Om Badiyani and I am a sophomore at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign studying Finance.

I had been involved with the Art of Living foundation since I was in India but had my first exposure to SKY was when I first came to UIUC and met the amazing SKY family here. I took my first SKY Happiness Course in my first semester at UIUC and soon joined the volunteer team to help spread this knowledge to people on campus.

In my spiritual journey with the Art of Living, I have participated in more advanced courses such as the Art of Silence and the SKY Leadership Training. These experiences allowed me to be more authentic with myself and others and to see the beauty in life and everyone around me. In the past 2 years, I feel completely transformed into a more compassionate, resilient, and loving human being. I now want to take this experience to the next level by attending the Teachers Training Program happening at Uvalde, Texas from May 19 to June 4. Becoming a teacher would allow me to spread this breathing technique to more people on the planet first hand.
