Hi all! I have decided to do something meaningful with my senior year February Break, and I have signed up as a disaster relief volunteer with the National Relief Network. I will be traveling with InterAct of Royal Oak High School to New Bern, NC where hurricanes and flooding have caused extensive damage to homes.
I want to make a difference in the lives of these people whose communities have been destroyed by natural disasters, and in order to do that I need your help.
I need to raise $725 by January 10th to be a part of this disaster relief effort. Any contribution you are willing to make would be much appreciated. Your gift will directly support recovery and rebuilding in these hard-hit communities. Along with monetary donations, I will also be doing can drives over the next few weeks in order to raise the money for this trip.
