Taylor Wiley is working toward her Eagle Scout rank by creating a learning garden for Firelands Elementary School. This project will include a raised gardening bed, arches for climbing plants, fences to keep out animals, and a shed to store tools and gardening equipment. Taylor was inspired to take on this project because she believes in the importance of hands-on learning and wants to give students a space to discover where their food comes from.
The funds raised will go directly toward purchasing the equipment and supplies needed to make this vision a reality. Every donation will help buy materials like wood for the raised beds, fencing to protect the garden, arches for climbing plants, and a secure shed for storing tools and gardening equipment. With your support, Taylor can provide a safe and engaging outdoor classroom for students to learn and grow.
Giving to this project will help students learn about the importance of growing their own food and understanding the food cycle. Please consider donating to help make this hands-on learning opportunity a reality for Firelands Elementary School students. Your support will make a lasting impact on the school and the community.
