Firstly, the admins have paid out €1,000 minimum out of their own pockets up till today, for flyers and stickers .

At present the admins will not be reimbursed from the fund.

How the fund will be utilised going forward has not been decided . Rest assured, every transaction will be recorded in triplicate and the groups will be informed on each transaction on the day.

(ANY SURPLUS FUNDS WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY WITH PROOF OF SAME )
