Hey hey!!
It's my birthday wooo hoooo!! This is year, I have everything I could have dreamed of by having you all in one room together. So, this year I decided to create a fundraiser for one of the most important charities this country has, and more specifically my special branch!
I have volunteered for Samaritans in total for 3 years now. In this time, Ive had the honour of hearing the most incredible stories, many inspiring, many heartbreaking. Stories on the biggest sorrows and strength!
Samaritans is a UK-based charity that provides confidential emotional support to people who are struggling to cope or feeling suicidal. They are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by phone, email, or in person. Samaritans aims to be a safe space for anyone who needs to talk, without judgment or pressure.
It not only changes lives, but saves lives! And I believe it has done both for me.
The branch I am a part of is small, but mighty. Surrounded by beautiful souls, doing beautiful work!
