Help the Genty family at this difficult time

On Thursday October 3rd, members of the Saint Mary's community were deeply saddened with the news of the death of Baby Tasnim Jane Genty who tragically died only 3 days after her birth. Up until her delivery, there had been no signs of any health problem. Her father, Swann, who has been working hard as an admin tech in neurology and cardiology and his entire family were excitedly awaiting her arrival. Due to a rare complication at birth, Tasnim was critically ill at the moment of her birth and had to be rushed to Ste. Justine Hospital. Despite maximal efforts to treat her, she sadly succumbed to her illness.

We are starting this GoFundMe page for those of us who would like to contribute to a fund to help the Genty family with expenses during this most difficult and tragic time. Any amount can help and is greatly appreciated!

Le jeudi 3 octobre, les membres de la communauté de l'hôpital St Mary's ont été profondément attristés par la nouvelle du décès du bébé Tasnim Jane Genty, qui est morte tragiquement trois jours après sa naissance. Jusqu'à son accouchement, il n'y avait eu aucun signe de problème de santé. Son père, Swann, qui travaille comme technicien administratif en neurologie et en cardiologie, et toute sa famille attendaient son arrivée avec impatience. En raison d'une complication rare à la naissance, Tasnim était gravement malade au moment de l'accouchement et a dû être transportée d'urgence à l'hôpital Sainte-Justine. Malgré des efforts maximaux pour la soigner, elle a malheureusement succombé à sa maladie.

Nous avons créé cette page GoFundMe pour ceux d'entre nous qui souhaitent contribuer à un fonds destiné à aider la famille Genty à faire face à ses dépenses pendant cette période difficile et tragique. Tout montant peut aider et est grandement apprécié !
