Tarpon Springs Downtown Community Mural

Hello,

 

My name is Emily Tayman Art and I am a local muralist in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

 

Tarpon Springs is a one of a kind town with quirkiness, culture, fun, nature, and an amazing community. There is a space where our First Friday events our held. Everyone comes here to dance, sing, bring their families, and have a great time. The wall currently is barren, gray, and least to say a sad sight for such a beautiful town. So for the past month I have been in contact with the owner of said wall, communicating with the city, and designing a fun mural to paint on this wall! This will be a "Paint By Numbers" mural for the whole community to come be involved in! The specific date of the event will be promoted when it is confirmed.

 

I have set the goal at $2500 to cover for materials, planning, and expenses. Any contributions including a donation of any value, paint, scaffolding to borrow , and a helping hand with the mural on the future scheduled date is greatly appreciated!

 

This area is where people come to smile, dance, and have fun with our beautiful community, lets make it as fun and beautiful as this town is!
