Taralee and family while staying at the QEll Halifax

On Mothers Day, Sunday may 11, my mother Taralee was rushed to the hospital as she was puking,confused and lost mobility on her right side. There they discovered she has a severe brain bleed, then airlifted to the QEll Halifax Infirmary from Cape Breton NS. She’s been in the surgical unit trying to get her bp undercontrol, it was 258/146 the first check, it’s getting lower where they are wanting to do a procedure to see where the bleeds coming from to go from there. The first day you could wake her and she’d answer she thought it was 2022 didn’t know her age didn’t remember the flight to Halifax and things like that before falling back to sleep within a minute, today she’s unable to wake up or open her eyes, the drs say it will be months and months of recovery where she will be staying in Halifax. My mother is a grandmother to 4 beautiful babies and the very friendly helpful cheery cashier at hanks farm in Cape Breton, she does the weekly readings in church and the president of the catholic woman’s league at St.josephs church in North Sydney. My father my 5 month old son and myself zoomed right to Halifax to be by her side with her dog. Unfortunately my fathers on disability so funds are very limited to keep up with bills and we only have a pet friendly room until Saturday. He refuses to leave her side for the next long road of recovery but she is a strong and determined woman she WILL pull through! Anything at all helps us to pay the everyday bills back in cape Breton aswell as allow my father and her dog to stay by her side in Halifax I know she has a large number of people that love and support her so please keep praying and share thank you for taking the time to read.
