We are lifelong friends who have just signed up with the International Volunteer HQ (IVHQ) to volunteer for one month with childcare in Zambia. Many children in Zambia suffer from poor hygiene, inadequate education, insufficient food, and little healthcare, so the individual attention provided by volunteers like us will focus on early development and education which is absolutely crucial to breaking the cycle of poverty there. We are looking to fundraise €4,000 which will enable us to volunteer for the entire month of October. Any donation large or small would be greatly appreciated by both us.
