Tara Dance Academy Fundraising

Hi everyone,

I have set this GoFund me account up on behalf of the fundraising committee for Tara Dance Academy (TDA).

We are an Irish dancing school based in Ballyfermot/ Clondalkin that compete in the Cumann Rince Gaelach (CRG). We have being competing for over 30 years now.

We are currently Fundraising towards getting the Children new class dresses for our Irish Dancing Worlds Competition this October taking place in Salthill Galway.

This Fundraising committee has only recently been set up due to the financial burden that the cost of living crisis has created for a lot of parents of the children in our dance academy. TDA has a huge impact on each child’s life in our Dance academy and we want the very best for our children which is why we aim to raise as much needed funds possible towards getting the children their new class dresses without causing any extra financial strain on parents.

Over the next couple of months we aim to do all sorts of fundraising events within our dance academy from Family Fun days, bingo nights, lip sync battles, bag packing, bucket collections etc to raise much needed funds to get the Children their new dresses.

We are reaching out to local businesses for any sort of support they would be in a position to offer weather it be a spot prize for our fundraisers or any sponsorship donations.

If you would be in a position to help TDA, we would be extremely grateful.
