The Taos Food Co-op first opened in March 2012 with just a few volunteers and five bags of rice and beans. That's how we started our 14 year (and counting) journey to provide our Northern New Mexico community with access to quality organic and local foods.

While we are now a full fledged grocery store, we are still member-owned, volunteer staffed, and guided by a community based Board of Directors, with every dollar of profit re-invested into our work.

And we're just getting started. For the last 14 years we have been slowly taking over more and more of our building, as we repeatedly out grew our space.

Now we have the chance to buy the building and truly make it the home of the Taos Food Co-op!

But we need your help to raise the downpayment!
