Tangerine hasn’t been himself for the past few days. He stopped eating and was acting very strange, so we rushed him to the vet. Our worst fears became reality - he was diagnosed with a severe intestinal obstruction. Whatever he swallowed was already deep in his intestines. If we had any hope of saving his life, we had to rush him to the emergency hospital. Which we did immediately.

Because he was so weak, the doctors had to place a feeding tube through his nose to give him nutrition and stabilize him before he can even undergo the life-saving surgery he desperately needs.

Everything was happening so fast. The emergency hospitalization, feeding support, and complex surgery come with an astronomical cost, but we don’t have another option. This surgery is the only way to save Tangerine's life.
