SWFL friends and family,

My mom, Tammy, also known as Tammy the Barber, has been serving the community with amazing haircuts for over 20 years. This past week has been her hardest week yet. She sadly lost everything in the hurricane due to flooding. Since she was renting, insurance will not be covering her destroyed belongings.

We have all worked tirelessly to try and salvage as many clothes and family pictures as possible, but it hasn’t been easy. A very emotional ride digging through the mud, hoping to find that one family heirloom you thought you’d have forever. She has missed a lot of work due to the salvaging and cleanup, and if she doesn't work, she doesn't make money.

I’m hoping the community will be able to help her rebuild her life. We are so grateful she made it out of the house before the flood waters came in, but getting life back to normal will help heal the wounds this hurricane cut open.
